US Violated JCPOA by Implementing of CATSA Law

Right after Trump's threatening and bullying speech against Iran, the US Department of the Treasury announced Iran would be affected by CATSA law. Besides, the nuclear deal was sent back to the congress to be reviewed. In the current juncture all sides are waiting to see what comes next. For more information on this issue, Basirat Website did an interview with Dr Siamak Bagheri who is an expert in nuclear and strategy issues, 

Basirat: Is this law believed to impose sanctions on IRGC or straightly aims some other ran's organizations as well?
Dr Bagheri: CATSA is a kind of legislation aimed to impose more sanctions on Iran's ruling system and Iran‘s nation. The title adopted to designate this law and the approval of this law with 413 votes, indicates US hostile policy toward our nation. They named it CATSA which has been designed and planned to counter the US foes through imposing sanctions. This illegal sanction includes 12 sections. One of them is affiliated with IRGC and others cover the following:
1: Iran's missile power 2: Iran's conventional weaponry 3: Human rights and terrorism.
Therefore, this law has been written in such a way that not only is against IRGC, but also whole people of Iran.
Basirat: Earlier, IRGC Commander Mohammad Ali Jafari had warned that If US designate IRGC as a terrorist group list, IRGC would consider the American forces the same as ISIL and certainly act with US forces in West Asia like ISIL. Do you think IRGC Commander’s statement can be influential to prevent the US from taking such measures, what can be the IRGC'S response?
Dr Bagheri: First, government of Iran and IRGC Officials threatened US Officials to clear their mind of putting IRGC in terrorist list and even officials of other countries warned US on this subject. Thus, this kept them away from entering IRGC into list of the foreign terrorist organization. In an attempt Under Executive Order 13224 they tried to fade away the significance of it and thereby prevented the consequences that could have led to physical conflict.
To answer this question that what needs to be done by IRGC? I should say that US officials had imposed sanction on IRGC-Qods force and designate Qods force as a terrorist organization. Since then, we have been witnessing that not only the Qods –force was not confined, but also now they are believed to be a savior in the region. Plus, there is not anyone who does not know General Ghasem Soleymani. All the people in the region know how hard and sincere he has worked to keep Iraq and Syria safe against many potential threats and dangers. As a result, it indicate that the steps taken by the US can never diminish and undermine IRGC. Considering all above points, as IRGC Commander announced there is a solution to stand against the US and it is that if they are due to counter IRGC and take such measures, inevitably, the IRGC officials will not remain silent and in response to the taken steps, they will give such an unequivocal, unflinching, overwhelming answer. On the other hand, martial and defensive capabilities of IRGC are totally localized and is dependent on domestic capabilities. The astonishing progress made so far in the different defensive areas is surely owed to domestic talents and abilities. Thus, its solution to this cruel sanction is ameliorating its domestic capabilities and increasing motivation for more awesome progress to make. Unquestionably, in the past four decades they imposed as many sanctions as they could. Not only they have not achieved their goals, but also prepared the ground for IRGC to flourish more. Now with the approval of new sanctions they will experience another failure and very soon they will realize how IRGC changes this threat to a great opportunity.
