TEHRAN(Basirat):Iraqi and Syrian forces use mannequins to deceive ISIL. Also, ISIL have used similar methods to reduce their casualties in war. Earlier, Iraqi forces have found and seized some mannequin with beard from ISIL after rescue operation in the north of Mosul.
