TEHRAN (Basirat): On Tuesday, October 23, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared that the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul was a “premeditated” act carried out after a team of Saudi intelligence, security and forensic personnel suddenly descended on Istanbul.
