TEHRAN (Basirat): United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has done the right thing asking the Security Council to approve the deployment of up to 75 observers to Yemen’s port city of Hodeida for six months to monitor a ceasefire and redeployment of Saudi-backed warring parties.
