TEHRAN (Basirat): The US hatred of Iran has its roots in the country’s move towards independence following the 1979 Islamic Revolution that led to the ouster of US-backed monarch Mohammad Reza Shah, renowned political scientist and linguist Noam Chomsky said in a recent interview.
