TEHRAN (Basirat): A senior fellow with the Transatlantic Program of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) hailed the creation of INSTEX as the first “tangible sign” by Europe to uphold the JCPOA, adding, however, that it is “still months away from being fully operational”.
