TEHRAN (Basirat) : The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) would not impede Iran’s nuclear progress, President Hassan Rouhani said Monday, underscoring that neither the life of Iranians nor the country’s nuclear industry depends on the existence of the nuclear deal.
