TEHRAN (Basirat) : Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei approved a proposal to grant amnesty to 2,315 Iranian prisoners on the occasion of the 41st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory.
