TEHRAN (Basirat): War veteran Ali Khoshlafz, the narrator of “When the Moonlight Was Missing” whom the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, called “a living martyr”, has passed away from the chemical injuries he suffered during the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war.
