TEHRAN (Basirat) : Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh rejected claims that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates can replace the reduced share of the Islamic Republic in the global oil market, saying no country can do that because of the “fragile” market.
