TEHRAN (Basirat) : Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh rejected claims that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates can replace the reduced share of the Islamic Republic in the global oil market , saying no country can do that because of the “fragile” market.
