Iran, Russia negotiate enhancing post-sanctions ties
Moscow, (Basirat) – Iranian ambassador to Moscow and Russian deputy foreign minister met on Tuesday discussing expansion of bilateral ties in the wake of implementation of nuclear Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
According to a press release of the Russian Foreign
Ministry, Mehdi Sanaei and Grigori Karasin met and negotiated on practical
(economic, trade, industrial, and banking) cooperation.
They exchanged views on the issues of Caucasus, Central Asia, and Ukraine and
the international efforts to settle the crisis in this country.
In the last two days, since implementation of JCPOA, Iranian and Russian
officials have stressed enhancement of bilateral ties between Tehran and Moscow,
(IRNA) reported.
