Almost 1,500 jihadists and more have returned to Europe.  These jihadists had been fighting with ISIS in Syria and Iraq.  They are on orders to "carry out attacks” in Europe.

ISIS: 1,500 Jihadists In Europe

Approximately 5,000 European ISIS fanatics had gone to Syria and Iraq. However, 15 to 20 percent of them died on the battlefield.

Meanwhile, almost 30 to 35 percent of these Europeans had returned with special missions. The other 2,000 or 2,500 Europeans are still in the battle theater.

According to The Sun, nearly 1,750 European jihadists have returned.

This information was based on the percentages listed in a report. In fact, the EU counter-terrorism coordinator Gilles de Kerchove would be presenting the report to EU interior ministers on Friday.

In addition, the report categorized these ‘foreign terrorist fighters’ into two sections.

"There are largely two categories of returnees: those in the majority who will drift back and those who will be sent back on specific missions, which are of most concern,” the report stated.

"It is important to share information on returnees who are already back in Europe, those that are in transit and … (those) still in the conflict zone.”

ISIS: The Impenetrable Forces

An English language video was released by Islamic State. In the video, these militants in Deir ez-Zor, "Wilayat al-Khayr,” Syria were shown in combat.

The origin of the video was from "Wilayat al-Khayr” in Syria.

Wilayat al-Khayr, in the video, is referred to as an "impenetrable fortress.” The place was created after the ISIS offensive in Syria.

According to the Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium, Wilayat al-Khayr is the city which falls along the border of Syria and Iraq. The footage began with the 2013 U.S. invasion of Mosul. The operation was called "Operation Iraqi Freedom”.

In the footage, the troops were referred to as "cross worshippers”.  Furthermore, the video uses Islamist rhetoric to reason out the rise of the so-called Islamic State in 2014.

Moreover, the video then talks about what ISIS first acted upon when it took control of Mosul.

The later half of the video was mostly a constructed montage of previously released ISIS video clips. In between these visuals, there were also speeches by jihadists.

Ultimately, the video ended with clips of combat and suicide bombing.
