"Different missiles and ground combat weaponries, along with our air defense and
marine combat systems, are all made in Iran and our ready-to-service experts
will continue this path robustly,” said Brigadier General Amir Hatami, the
Defense Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Iranian minister made the remarks in a ceremony on Saturday, which marked
the beginning of the annual Sacred Defense Week in Iran.
"Our defensive plans, tactics, and techniques are consistent with the kinds of
threats we face and the country’s geopolitical situation,” declared the General.
He underlined that Iran's defensive policies are for deterence aims and Iran
will not bend to any threat, sanction, or pressure.
Saying that the geography of Iran is complex and wonderful, the minister noted,
"the defense ministry develops its weaponry in accordance with what goes in the
mind of enemies.”
"We guard vigorously the security of the Islamic Iran and the rhetoric of threat
and incivility not only has no effects on the will of Iranian officials but also
strengthens our determination to progress,” highlighted the senior official.
Iran will continue reinforcement of its defense power as long as the rhetoric of
some countries is one of threat," the Iranian defense minister said, adding
that, "Iran will not seek permission from any country to produce missiles, and
