Iran army fires warning shots at coalition warships in war games

TEHRAN(Basirat): Iranian armed forces launched warning shots at two Saudi-led coalition’s warships during the first stage of Mohammad Rasoulallah war games.
The Iranian army showcased its capabilities during the first stage of the drill.

The drills were launched by the order of Iran's Deputy Army Commander for Coordination Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari.

The war games will continue for two days aimed at enhancing the skill and morale of the personnel of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, transferring the experience of veterans to the youth attending the maneuvers, evaluating the training tactics, assessing the fire power and the level of coordination between forces, bolstering the planning potentials for joint exercises and operations at all times, and boosting the defense capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army.

The maneuver's operational theater is covering all the coastline of Makran region and the Sea of Oman.
