Tehran (Basirat) :Some hope and wish that with a change of Government in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the foreign policy may change. That’s no more than day-dreaming. The foreign policy of Iran is not dependent on the Government per se; the foreign policy is the policy of the “system”.
