The Arabic-language website of SANA news agency quoted the experts as saying on Thursday that over 5,000 US military men are deployed in Northeastern Syria and al-Tanf region.
They added that the US troops are occupying al-Rukban camp in al-Tanf region as a cover to support the remaining ISIL terrorists in the region, while keeping 50,000 civilians in the camp as they face shortage of humanitarian aid.
The experts also said that presence of the US forces and their allies in Syria and their military measures in Syrian territories without any permission from Damascus is clear violation of the international laws, which should be prosecuted through the international court of justice as a war crime.
Other reports also said that human trafficking has increased in al-Tanf region and the terrorists plunder civilians' properties.
The head of the Russian center for reconciliation of conflicting sides in Syria said in November that delivery of humanitarian cargo to the Rukban camp near the Syrian city of al-Tanf was disrupted by the US-backed militants.
According to the Russian Reconciliation Center head, Lt. Gen. Vladimir Savchenko, the convoy was to take over 450 tons of food and medicine to the refugee camp.
"Once again as a result of actions by the US side, which has been unable to fulfill its commitments to ensure safety within the 55-km radius around its base in al-Tanf, the convoy’s departure was disrupted," he said.
