Barberry Harvest in South Khorassan Province
TEHRAN(Basirat): Farmers in Iran’s Eastern province of South Khorassan have started harvesting barberry. The product is widely used as a food additive with lots of benefits. South Khorassan accounts for the lion’s share of barberry production both nationwide and worldwide. More than 98% of Iran’s barberry is produced in South Khorassan.
