TEHRAN(Basirat): Tehran temporary Friday Prayer Leader Kazem Seddiqi lambasted US President Donald Trump for his anti-Quds stance, saying that his inonsense statements prompted Muslim states stand in being united in their resistance.
Addressing the weekly congregational prayers on Friday, he added that
Trump and the Zionist regime are seeking to create sedition among the
Islamic states to fulfill their plots.
Palestine is the first
issue of the Islamic World which the US and Israeli regime attempted to
sideline it, but Trump's idiotic remarks made all Muslim countries to
stand united and show reaction.
The arrogance and its allies not
only failed to achieve their goals but they also prompted Islamic states
form strong defense fronts against new threats, he said.
Israel
annihilation is not too far; rather it is certain and undeniable, the
cleric said, noting that the Palestinian people stood up unanimously to
create the third Intifada, he added.
Seddiqi also that the US was
isolated once more when its anti-Quds stance was rejected even by its
allies, as the Israeli shameless prime minister was told during his
France visit that Trump's words are not acceptable, because they run
counter to international resolutions.
The cleric also urged the Islamic states no to be satisfied with issuing resolutions and take practical measures.
As
recommended by Secretary General of Lebanon's Hezbollah Seyyed Hassan
Nasrullah, the countries are advised to close down their embassies in
Israel and call the US ambassadors to voice their protests. As an Arab
thinker has called for banning US and Israeli goods to drive the US to
economic, political and intellectual isolation to stop bullying and
talking nonsense, Seddiqi said.
The fact that Trump dared to
utter such a word is that he is lacking wisdom and this irrationality
will bring his country and nation numerous problems and create many
crises across the world, he said.
